GENERAL INSTRUCTION TO PARENTS

  1. The entrusting of a pupil to the school implies that the parents agree to abide by the rules and regulations and decisions of the school. They are also requested to read the rules carefully and see that they are followed.

  2. Parents are expected to co-operate in the work of the school by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking daily interest in their children's progress. They should check the diary daily for any remarks and take note of the homework given.

  3. The parents should also check the diaries regularly and note the teachers remarks, and acknowledge the same  promptly  by placing their signature against the remark.

  4. Parents should see that their children study and do their homework regularly.

  5. They are also asked to check all subject homework notebooks prescribed for students and sign them periodically. An assignment notebook is allotted for students studying from IX to XII in order to enable them to do their daily class work and homework. Parents should make sure that their sons do their daily homework in the assignment note book regularly.

  6. If you observe that your ward in I to XII is not assigned homework for some time, or that he is unable to follow the lessons, the Principal and the Class Teacher should be contacted.

  7. Parents are expected to make their own arrangement whenever students are asked to come before / remain after school hours for various curricular and extra-curricular activities. Whenever the parents are asked to meet the Principal to discuss their son's academic condition / any misbehaviour, they should meet the Principal without fail on the stipulated date specified in the circular letter sent by the school office

  8. Parents who seek information or who wish to make some complaint should do so to the Principal and not to the class teacher.

  9. Parents, guardians or other persons are not allowed to meet the students or interview their teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal. The members of the staff can be met during their free periods or school recesses.

  10. Parents, when communicating with the Principal, are requested to mention in their letter the class and section of their children, the exam number and the ID number

  11. Parents who wish to take their children out during the school hours should get the necessary written permission from the Principal by submitting a letter and stating the reason. Parents should come in person to take their children from the school.

 
PRIVATE TUITION
  1. Those found miserably weak in any subject will be asked to enrol in the special coaching programme conducted in the school. Such students have to pay a nominal fee as prescribed by the Principal.

  2. The Written permission of the Principal is necessary for private tuition. Pupils must be able to get on with their work without private tuition as a result of good teaching and intensive coaching in the school.

 
SCHOOL FEES
  1. Fees can be paid annually or in three instalments. School fees are collected by IDBI Ammapet Branch, Salem - 3. on the dates specified in the school Fee Challan.

  2. Fees can be paid through local cheques and online. More information regarding this is available online.

  3. The due date is up to maximum of three days after which the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls. If re-admitted, he will have pay fresh re-admission fee. Parents are advised to file the parents copy of the chalan with them for reference.

 

 

SCHOOL DIARY

The school diary is a record concerning the student. Therefore every student should take special care of it and bring it to school everyday.       A duplicate school diary can be purchased by the students only on written request from the parents and with the permission of the Principal. An amount Rs.100 will be charged if the student has lost the original diary.

 

 

SCHOOL CONVEYANCE

The bus fees should be paid along with the school term fees. Once a student enrols himself to avail the school conveyance, he is expected not to withdraw from travelling by the school bus for a minimum of one academic year.
